    4. Can I install this myself? We strongly recommend hiring a licensed plumber or electrician for installation. Professional installation ensures your unit is safely vented and that your gas or electrical connections meet local building codes.

    5. Do tankless water heaters require maintenance? Yes. To keep your unit running efficiently for 15–20 years, we recommend flushing the unit once a year with a descaling solution to remove mineral buildup, especially if you have hard water.
